POSTION : After sales manager Experience : 5- 8 YRS Defines qualitative and quantitative annual targets for After sales Derives or prepares suitable measures to achieve and control these targets Implements and pushes through the measures relating to SME, service loyalty, parts, accessories and workshop turnover, as well as guaranteeing a high quality of customer care Organizes/ monitors and evaluates internal After sales key figures in the dealership Analyses the After sales market potential and its level of exploitation Performs and evaluates regional market and competition studies for the After sales area Applies, implements and checks After sales marketing and competition measures with regard to BMW AG campaigns and specific market conditions Defines a range of After sales services oriented towards the appropriate target groups, with consideration for the competitive environment Implements standards/ directives for After sales defined in the dealership and those specified by BMW Motorrad Guarantees participation in the BMW Motorrad Service Report in order to establish benchmarking in comparison with other dealerships Carries out internal workshop tests and quality measures, and implements improvement measures in order to improve After sales quality Prepares and updates organisational diagrams and job descriptions for After sales staff Is responsible for planning and implementing the personnel requirements in After sales (hiring, redundancies) Controls service advisor on the basis of defined key figures Applies performance- related bonus systems in After sales Conducts annual appraisal process with his sales employees which includes the definition of an individual development plan for each employee Defines workshop working times and opening times in After sales in consultation with the board of management, if necessary through developing, adapting and implementing working time models Acts as a role model and ensures brand- compatible employee behavior Legally represents After sales, based on consultation with the board of management Represents After sales in- house and externally Is involved in planning construction work for After sales with regard to process aspects Ensures flow of information, in particular via extranet (definition of access rights, etc.,
