Job Description

    As an experienced Agile Coach, you will support the global team of DigitalEngineering coaches to drive the improvement and effectiveness of Agile and SAFe processes throughout the Bangalore Center of Excellence. You will promote the Agile mindset and act as an effective change agent for Agile teams to improvethe effectiveness of development and business efforts by facilitating improved Agile adoption and maturity across Digital Engineering.Responsibilities:Act as a mentor, teacher, trainer and coach to the Digital Engineering teams and drive the adoption of Agile and SAFe practices.Help develop an Agile mindset to enhance business value and further our transformational journey of using Agile at scaleDeliver hands-on coaching to individuals and teams in all aspects of Agile and Scaled-Agile Framework (SAFe) empowering them to deliver business value and increase organizational agilityDevelop and maintain stakeholder relationships supporting agile developmentDevelop and refine skills of existing and new agile teams across the organizationPractice servant leadership focusing on the needs of the team and those they serve, with the goal of achieving results in line with the organizations values, principles, and business objectivesDrive continuous improvement to enable higher performing teams with improved business and customer outcomesWork with the other Digital Engineering Agile Coaches to develop, align and maintain team standards, performance metrics, and tools procedures based on best practicesParticipates and promotes a Community of Practice, shares knowledge and experiences with stakeholders and the leadership team through presentations, discussions, and activitiesCreate & maintain collaborative communication sites and tools where requiredProvide boot camps and other intensive training as requiredExpert on and Scrum and is a champion of process improvement and impediment improvementAct as a focal point for Compliance for the Bangalore Center of Excellence, coordinating with the other leaders and stakeholders in Digital Engineering and eBusiness.,
