Job Description

  • To be conversant with the entire schematic system of pipelines, control valves & ducting of the entire AC network
  • Taking rounds of all AHU room and monitoring
  • Monitoring centralized AC systems for proper working condition and log the parameters in respective functional record
  • Inspecting all AC units, checking motor condition, belt tension, noise
  • Cleaning of all AHU filters as per the schedule
  • Inspecting all vacant room and checking the working condition of FCU
  • Carrying out all day to day preventive works
  • Attending all AC complaints and rectifying them
  • Inspecting all AC units floor vise and observing working condition
  • Recording all AC readings in log books
  • Maintaining the temperature in all the floor
