  • Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
  • Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A:Would be performing Installation/Configuration and System administration in AIX Ver 61, 71, 72 B: Troubleshoot, Design and storage implementation C: Need to perform OS cluster deployment and management, partitioning and virtualization VIOS, PowerHA D: Handle AIX operating system installation, migration and break-fix support
      • Technical Experience : A:Deep understanding of AIX Server Support Knowledge of managing P7,P8, P9 hardware and HMCs B:Good exposure in LINUX Admin with Basic Knowledge on Cloud platform C:Good Exposure on patching and vulnerability remediation D:Good Team Management Skill E:Good analytical and troubleshooting skills F:Performance management and Network troubleshooting
      • Professional Attributes : A:Excellent communication B:Team handling skills and ability to work under pressure C:Presentation skills
      • Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education
    • Additional Information : A:Required to work in rotating shifts 24x7 and provide standby support, if required
