Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the general ALM solution on the technical and business level, serve as the ALM Solutions Architect across products/ program development and disciplinesResponsible for defining and translating the business processes and needs to the ALM platforms, define integrative architecture and solution, leading for the edge of tools & technologiesIdentify the operational and implementation risks, Working close with IT dept / other functions to integrate legacy systems Driving the technical Solution in complex business functionality (Application level), escorting and support the projects implementation team by the Delivery

  • Drive the solution technical design, planning and development of cross functional application Part of defining the ALM Strategy and road map
  • Analyzes and validates functional requirements Ensure applications solutions address the business need and Integration view .
  • Structure and set the cross integrative architecture for the ALM overseeing the End to end Development cycle
  • Provides technical guidance/leadership to IT colleagues and vendors, serve as the Technical authority for ALM aspects
  • Work Closely with relevant business partner and SME and with Project manager on estimation, feasibility, cost, time and compatibility with hardware and other programs
  • Collaborate with the IT Architecture and Devops Teams (data, security, and infrastructure)
  • Lead the assessment of new emerging ALM tools ,feasibility analysis for new initiatives, technical validation, POC / demo and other evaluation process
  • Define nonfunctional requirements, performance
Typical Education
  • BE Computer Science
Relevant Experience
  • 6-8 years related experience with various ALM enterprise solutions- advantage to Atlassian and Kovair ALM suite
  • Lead architecture ALM solution in mid / large company Advantage in multidiscipline industry (HW/SW)
  • Experience in system Architecture and design roles of large and integrative technology projects and solutions
  • Team player ,Strong listening, oral and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and create trust with multiple audiences at all (internal and external) organizational levels
  • Experience in working simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Strong aptitude to learn and evaluate new Tools/ technologies thoroughly and quickly ,Proven skills in problem solving
  • Knowledge and experience with corporate back-office applications and technologies
