We extend these global capabilities to the world s leading pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, endowments, foundations, individuals and family offices.HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL The successful candidate, located in Bengaluru, would work with the CIO/COO/Senior Leadership Team within the Fixed Income business unit to help shape strategies and financial plans to reach objectives and drive business growth. This will be achieved through working closely with Portfolio Managers, Client Deliverables and Investment Specialists to continuously create scalable solutions to drive efficiency throughout the platform.Principal Responsibilities Include:

• Advise and participate in commercial development activities, including cataloguing and documenting for senior management.
• Continuously help develop and improve our tools and processes to support business analysis, through synthesis of available information to create meaningful data for observation & interpretation.
• Able to develop own point of view, have intellectual ownership of project(s), ability to review own point of view in light of new information and communicate the same to the senior leadership team.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide leadership escalation, prioritize and execute projects, balance business needs vs. practical considerations / constraints, ensure quality in deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONSSKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE RE LOOKING FORBasic Qualifications

• Understanding of Fixed Income markets
• Knowledge of data analysis / data rendering skills (Alteryx / Qlick / Tableau)
• Quick thinking problem solving abilities
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Technology, Engineering or Mathematics / other relevant experience in consumer / financial
• Fast learner and effective communicator of new / complex information
• Self-motivated team player who is able to define structure and prioritize work, but who has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate
• Confidence to challenge and be innovative
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and PowerPoint;
• Risk management and control orientation
• Excellent project management, and communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
