As one of the longest-running quantitative teams in the industry, QIS has developed a strong reputation for innovation, excellence, teamwork and camaraderie.The QIS Client Portfolio Management ( CPM ) team is effectively the public face of the QIS business, responsible for client engagement, new product development, business strategy and planning, client communications and the ongoing development of marketing materials and standard client reporting. The RFP specialist role within the CPM team entails the design and creation of business questionnaires for new and existing clients. The RFP specialists will be primarily focused on the coordination and completion of Request for Proposals ( RFPs ) and Due Diligence Questionnaires ( DDQs ) from prospective as well as existing clients They will work closely with the Centralized RFP team, the Portfolio Management team and various Sales channels to communicate information regarding product offerings, investment philosophy, and product-specific information to the client via RFPs and DDQs. The team also works closely with other areas of the firm, including client service, marketing communications, legal and compliance.All team members are expected to stay fully engaged with the ongoing developments of the business in order to be commercially effectively and to enhance the quality of our business questionnaires. Team members should have a quantitative orientation and be comfortable with numbers/statistics, and at the same time possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Team members will also gain a broad-based understanding of the asset management business and hedge fund industry through interacting with a variety of teams and clients across the division.
