High Velocity Silicon Platform Engineering (HSPE) organization under Internet of Things Group (IOTG), delivers End2End platform solutions. HSPE is responsible for the design, development, and production of System-on-a-Chip (SoC) products that go into Intels next generation IOTG, Client and mobile platforms. HSPE Analog and Power Products group (APPG) delivers differentiated mixed signal and power delivery IPs and products for Intel platforms and engage from product concept to customer platform enablement. APPG team invites Analog design engineers to join our team to deliver differentiated IPs and products that include PLLs, Data Converters, Power and Telemetry IPs, Integrated Voltage Regulators designed on a range of technology nodes (3nm - 130nm). Working in our team, you will: Translate IP requirements to analog circuit specifications and topology choices. Architecture, design, simulation and layout supervision of analog circuits meeting aggressive performance, area, power and schedule constraints. Be a key member of the team to deliver mixed signal IPs in advanced technology nodes. Collaborate with SoC team for IP integration Develop and support DFT strategy and implementation Collaborate with bench validation team on post silicon validation and debugQualificationsBachelors with 8 years or Masters with 6 years experience in Analog Circuit designExtensive analog design experience in Analog circuits: ADC/DAC, LDOs, PLLs, temperature Sensors, switched mode regulators, power and telemetry circuits. Hands-on experience in analog full custom design, detailed layout judgment and supervision capabilities Knowledge of SoC development flow and ability to propose innovative and leading edge solutions Experience with silicon level debug and full life cycle exposure is preferred Good communication skills, ability to work in a team environment Experience of relevant CAD tools (Cadence flow) and IC design methodology Structured IC design methodology covering specification, implementation, design and test Experience in analog mixed-signal (AMS) design flow, understanding of digital design and flow will be advantage. Mentoring junior team members for candidates with 7+ year experience.
