They work closely with other marketing colleagues to visually tell the TE story and create brand identity, executing across all online and offline marketing channels with consistency. They execute various design projects for customer and prospect audiences, including but not limited to: web properties, email, social media, branded merchandise, print and tradeshows. The Designer teams have strong design skills, both creative and technical, and an understanding of integrated and digital marketing channels, techniques and tools; working across various marketing and content management systems; and have experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud.As a Graphic Designer with the Global Brand team at TE Connectivity you are responsible for the design, development and execution of creative deliverables for leading-edge Marketing and Digital solutions. You bring a deep understanding of Brand with core strengths in design and communications. This position is responsible for creating marketing content designs from concept to production ready design, while collaborating with other creatives and integrated marketers within the team. Another key skill is the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to communicate creative design solutions in order to deliver complete, quality work on timeResponsibiltiesConcept and design visual aspects of marketing campaigns, collateral, website and other media, including infographics, videos, print material and social creative Ensure compliance with company brand standards Own and manage the business unit s asset management system Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website, mobile application or video design Consult with the business unit s marketing team to create cohesive designs that reflect our business unit s goals and objectives Develop and manage the design brief to record requirements, business unit s needs as well as the timing associated with execution. Work with a wide range of media and use Adobe graphic design software Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts Prepare mockups and present ideas Amend final designs to business unit s comments and gain full approval prior to distribution.
