Job Description

The Analyst for DB Projects team is responsible for analyzing business, systems and processes to identify user needs, document requirements and address operations issues and improvements to accomplish the business objectives. Act as the liaison between end users and operational, configuration or systems areas. Analysts are required to execute specific project deliverables in support of profitable and superior client service delivery and act as a resource regarding client benefit plans and system functionality. The role requires good understanding of the DB domain, upstream and downstream impact of each step in the administration process. It also involves working closely with partner teams in Fidelity US to deliver solutions that meet both client and internal expectationsThe Value You Deliver:As an Analyst you would be supporting end-to-end of a project and plays the role of Project Management having an interaction with multiple stakeholders. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders is a vital role in the Projects team to make sure we deliver as per timelines. You would be working with data issues to fix in the system, extracting details from the system to provide to the clients for various projects.The Skills that are Key to this roleTechnical / Behavioral:

  • End-to-end DB Domain Knowledge.
  • End-to-end understanding of project management life cycle to manage the daily deliverables.
  • Experience on SQL and MS-Excel.
  • Data Analytics and Data Mining.
  • Strong analytical and decision making skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must.
  • Identify, initiate and implement efficiencies that result in improved quality and effectiveness in the projects.

  • Experience Project management, project plan, scoping, estimation and resource planning.
  • Hands-on with managing data, analyzing trends, deriving inferences and reporting to stakeholders.
