Our culture code is defined by our values and are made real every day by defining expectations for how we work and how we lead.Role OverviewThe GRO (Global Revenue Operations) team are a multi-cultural, diverse service team, with customer focus, dedication, agility and expertise in the field of revenue recognition & order entry. The team is an integral cog in Dell EMC s Order-to-Cash cycle with extensive knowledge in the processes & systems, relentlessly focusing on execution, quality and efficienciesKey Responsibilities

  • Reviews, manages, and reports status of all sales orders/opportunities within assigned territory
  • Acts as the corporate order management* liaison among sales, legal, revenue accounting, credit, allocations, manufacturing and the professional service organizations.
  • Ensuring transactions are completed in accordance with DellEMC revenue recognition standards (SEC compliance), Completes required SOX controls and activities on needed cadence
  • Provides training and guidance to other teams members, customers and support organizations around policy and procedures within the GRO team, Develop subject mater expertise within specific area*, Understanding of the order to cash process including supporting system and process .
  • Revenue recognition fundamentals and an ability to apply them to transactions., Develop effective relationships with internal customers and cross functional internal departments in order to manage information and the timely resolution of issues
  • Ability to articulate the current status of orders/opps and the action plan to ensure orders are processed for assigned territory/region.
  • Demonstrates fundamentals of professional behavior including accountability and an appropriate sense of urgency
