Job Description

Position Summary: This position is responsible for performing architecture and development of Collaboration, Reporting and Automation technologies (Such as O365, SharePoint,SAPBW, RPA, Tableau etc)Key Tasks and Deliverable:

  • Execute and perform assigned projects, enhancements activities
  • Define and adopt new development approaches and technology within related areas
  • Awareness of reporting tools (i.e. SAP Business Warehouse, Tableau) and Automation tools (i.e. UI Path Robotic Process Automation) platforms to solve critical business needs
  • Create and review Technical specifications and track status of all efforts
  • Respond to production application and systems problems and drive or support the analysis and remediation efforts. This includes being on call and support off-hours and holidays.
  • Perform and participate in all aspects of Adoption, including performing user needs assessment, training, user guidance/consultation, etc.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and implement solutions
  • Willingness to work in shifts supporting worldwide, based on business need
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field or equivalent is required
  • 5 + years of deep Business & Technical experience with at least one of:
    • SharePoint, O365, Web Technologies, Azure systems, Hadoop, so on.
    • SAP BW applications / Business Intelligence tools,
    • Tableau and or similar reporting / analytics solutions
    • UI Path Robotic Processing Automation or similar tools
  • 1 + years of Project Management experience in implementations or supporting overall IT projects.
  • Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiar with full-life cycle (SDLC) and Agile Process and formal change management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
  • Experience in off/on shore model as well as working with Virtual teams.
  • Conceptual and analytical thinker ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduates degree in Computer science or related field or equivalent is required
  • Certification in one of the related technologies
  • Experience working in global technologies
  • Awareness of SAP environment, Automation, Office 365 and latest analytics
