EXTERNAL CONTACTS Daily contact with External Vendors in Europe/AME/APAC. 4 Master Data Analyst To process Master Data Management request received from the global team and ensure timely completion to the agreed Turn Around Time. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:60 Master Data Analyst To monitor and control all aspects of the Material Master process To assist the Customer Service Representative CSR in creating request in share point To coordinate the expedite process between customer service and the Molex manufacturing plants and assist in creating reports DIVISION OR CORPORATE FUNCTION: Ensure to meet the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Analytical skills in the current assigned role To support the allocation process in cooperation with relevant stakeholders Support continuous improvement processes and automation projects Understand, support and contribute to current Molex MBM (Market Based Management), Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures Perform other related duties as assigned by management To Process all MM related report activities and send to stakeholders Collects and assesses data related to the production and teams performance and Prepares reports around production processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency EDUCATION:90 DIVISION OR CORPORATE FUNCTION: Corporate- Supply Chain PREFERRED: English is essential whilst fluency in one of the other major languages would be a distinct advantage.
