Primary responsibility is to provide analytical support to the GTC Procurement Team and the Procurement Organisation. Roles and Responsibilities Prepare all required on demand, monthly, quarterly reports including YTD reports. Provide analytical support to the GTC, Category and Sourcing Teams. Educate and support the Procurement Team regarding IT Analytical Solutions. Provide Analytical support to the Sourcing and Category Teams. Support the GTC with Master Data analysis. Report and publish Procurement performance metrics Identify and analyse Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) elements. Provide price comparisons and support commodity benchmarks. Measures success of categories by tracking savings, diversity spend, and compliance to contract spend. Support category and sourcing teams to review status of progress against category plan. Collect commodity data to support the Strategic Sourcing and supplier selection process. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Understand, support and contribute to current Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and / or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures. Qualification Required Bachelor s Degree Preferred MBA or related graduate degree Work Experience Required 3 - 5 yrs. Procurement experience in high - tech electronic component industry or related industries Preferred Previous experience in a global (multi - plant, multi - country) manufacturing environment .CPM / CPSM, CIRM, CPIM certification Skill Sets & Competencies : Required Supply Chain Understanding Internal Stakeholder Collaboration Golbal Market Understanding Supplier Analysis Excellent analytical and organizational skills Strong computer proficiency and systems knowledge(spreadsheet / pivot tables, databases, presentation software, SAP and BW) Excellent communication and listening skills including the ability to understand the needs of internal customers Team player / ability to work with multiple locations throughout the world High energy and self motivated Preferred Industry & Marketplace Understanding Total Cost of Ownership Knowledge of purchased materials and component If interested please send your UPDATED Profile with below mentioned details.,
