Understand user behaviour on ClearTax platform or any other competitor products with focus on features improving overall experience Customer research market validation of new products from conception stage to beta testing to the final product Manage partnerships with subject matter experts and large groups of Chartered Accountants/ Tax Practitioners Conduct usability test with Focus groups(users/non-users) with distinct demographics Build deeper customer understanding for a region identify barrier to entry for new product ideas Attend CA study circles, events, conferences, etc. to understand information concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of GST related products or services Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies through in-field discussions Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time Desired Competencies: Strong focus on customer experience Can communicate with customers i.e. CAs effectively to convey information with clarity Effective written communication for interacting with customers/managers Patient listener: gives full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times Strong aptitude towards quantitative qualitative analysis- SQL, MS Excel PowerPoint preferred,
