Summary of role Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for providing administrative, logistical and project support to the NTAM PMO business unit on an ongoing basis. Major Duties Provides administrative and project support to the International PMO business unit on ongoing basis. Works as part of the broader PMO team to compile metrics reporting , PMO commentaries and management information , as needed Assists in the processing simple maintenance activities within set procedures/guidelines prescribed for example updating project tracking logs, RAID logs and executing on simple follow up activity from projects. Helps with governance and management of projects , document management and standardization of folders and templates Runs and creates formal reports for PMO. Assists with the updates of PMO manuals and also assist the onshore PM with drafting BAU procedures in appropriate Mifid 2 templates, for bedding down change within BAU. Facilitating training sessions for BAU transfer . Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to broader PMO team Works effectively as an Global team member but also independently Experience/knowledge/skills:Good oral and written communication skills are required Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred Analytical and problem solving skills are required Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office) is required Good understanding of regulatory change environment would be helpful Experience working as part of a remote team would be helpful Experience required Entry level position with prior change management support experience requiredAdditional Information,
