Job Description

    Anayst/Sr. Analyst - Advanced Analytics Client : A leader in farm animal and pet health solutions, founded in the 1950s and headquartered in the US. They produce medicines and vaccinations for pets and livestock. They are present in 90 countries and have around 10,000+ employees worldwide. Position : Anayst/Sr. Analyst - Advanced Analytics Experience : 4y - 8y (4yr+ in analytics) Location : Bangalore Joining : Immediate to 45 days Responsibilities : a) This role supports the needs of the Global Commercial Analytics team with a focus on providing advanced analytics to include statistical modeling, regression analyses, clustering to perform customer analytics, targeting, segmentation, call effectiveness and sales force analytics. a) The overarching goal will be to find efficiencies and improve effectiveness of sales force activities. c) This position is responsible for managing all aspects of project-based analyses including data preparation, analysis design and implementation using appropriate methods.d) Collaboration with Strategic Analytics and Descriptive Analytics team members to provide data-driven insights and influence field force strategies to drive optimal business outcomes. e) Participation in readout and review with internal customers. f) Consistent, constant alignment with all members of team in Greenfield, Indiana. g) Maintain an environment open to change and innovation, recognizing improvements in existing tools and anticipating new technologies to deliver world class analytics and maximize effectiveness. Requirements (Must Have) : a) Bachelors Degree in quantitative or management field. (Masters preferred)b) 4+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics, Commercial Effectiveness and Sales Force Analytics.c) Expertise in statistical modelling techniques - regression, clustering, classification, decision trees, forecasting. d) Knowledge of probability models, market basket, churn modelling, segmentation and customer analytics. e) Advanced skills in Python, R and advanced excel.f) Proven analytical/problem solving skills with strong learning agility. Additional Requirements : a) Excellent written and verbal communication.b) Demonstrated excellence in Power Point and storyboarding. c) Experience with Tableau, SQL.d) Project management experience across multiple business functions.,
