The Analyst, FPA, Supply Chain-Parcel should have knowledge and hands on experience to play the following role: - Monitoring, report out and analyze business performance and other KPIs which define the business - Ensure 100% accuracy and 100% timely deliverables - Develop to be the go-to person with data expertise and know-how for the business being supported - Work on extracting, cleansing, converting and presenting data according to requirements - Build dashboards and reports according to business needs - Understand and contribute to ideation and execution of adhoc projects - Be a team player, by stepping in to business problems which may not be associated with the main business to which he/she may be aligned to - Pursues self-development and effective relationships with others by organizing resources and information; openly sharing information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and customers; influencing others through technical explanations and examples; seeking performance feedback; adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
CA or MBA (Finance) 2-3 years of experience Strong data collection, collation and cleansing skills Strong financial acumen preferred. Having the ability to convert nomenclatures from finance into business and vice-versa. Advanced knowledge of PowerBI/ Macros/VBA and other basic automation techniques Strong communication skills being able to manage upward, peers and offshore teams. Being able to translate business requirements to actionable deliverables High level of accountability and responsibility to deliver what is expected Strong knowledge of advanced MS Excel/ MS Office Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Consulting / Projects preferred,Keyskills :
