You will work alongside members of the Global Business Analytics Team with a variety of responsibilities and deliver impact to teams.You will also provide assistance to our global team members and encourage them to acquire and follow business intelligence and data integrity best practices. You would also be expected to promote learning opportunities and development prospects within the team.What the job entails

• Identify different types of data that need tracking to improve business performance and generate easy-to-interpret reports based on collected data.
• Design and build new custom Tableau dashboards to meet customer requirements, a creative approach will be required for some projects, where a detailed understanding of Tableau would be a key advantage.
• Should be able to design and develop Alteryx workflows and datasets required for multiple analysis and reporting.
• Construct formula-driven reports in Excel.
• Perform end to end Data validation to maintain accuracy of data sets.
• Communicate complex analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.
• Work and interact with functional and management team to prioritize suggested changes from various analysis and ability to design, develop, test and implement dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting existing report/workflows data mismatch and identifying opportunities to optimize existing report/process.
• Analyze independently, solve and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.

• Bachelor s / Master s degree with experience in Business Intelligence domain.
• Overall 4-6 years of work experience in requirement, analysis, design, and development of Analytics projects.
• Intermediate/advanced Tableau Experience.
• Understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Experience with Alteryx and Alteryx Server is preferable.
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft excel.
• Understanding and ability to manipulate and join multiple diverse datasets.
• Min. 3 years of experience in working with Tableau with server basic knowledge.
• Hands on experience in creating tableau workbooks using different styles of visualization like bar charts, line charts, geographical information plotting with drilldown using tableau best practices.
• Good query writing knowledge and database programming experience gained through any relational databases.
• Strong analytical capabilities, the ability to work independently or as a key player in the team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical team to understand requirements.
• 1-2 years of experience in the consulting and/or financial services industry (asset management experience a plus)
