PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES - Revenue generationKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Tracking market landscape of co-working and co-living operators- Business Development and relationship Management with Co-working and co-living Operators and schools- Client Relations - Both Co-working and Office Occupiers, similarly for the co-living.- Developer relationship: Tracking of existing and new supply for office supply, Greenfield or Brownfield supply for co-living, land parcels are Schools KEY PERFORMANCE :MEASURES - Revenue generation- Client satisfaction - KPIs / KRA- s- Implementation of Best Practices / Innovation- Degree holder with a minimum 4- 8 years of experience.- Full understanding of the real estate transaction practices with expertise in office transactions / Co-living transactions- Exposure and experience in dealing with occupiers and developers/landlord- Ability to think strategically and develop real estate solutions based on market conditions and client requirements- Ability to adapt and perform under pressure- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Excellent communication skills.,
