Job Description

  • Manage the regional independent review anti-bribery and anti-corruption recruitment process, providing coverage for other regions where required
  • Conduct regional assurance events in line with global strategy, providing results to Head of TA Solutions
  • Perform all requirements in relation to Regional First Line of Defence (FLOD) Coordinator role
  • Maintain and manage an inventory of regional controls as part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) global controls inventory, completing reviews and updating wording in conjunction with the HR compliance teams where required
  • Support delivery teams in the completion of inadvertent data disclosure (IDD) documentation being the liaison with data privacy and ensuring submissions are consistent globally how do we get this back to TA
  • Regional subject matter expert (SME) for all compliance related queries and projects
  • Support the development of quick reference guides, process documentation and training materials as required to any compliance related items, delivering training to local TA teams where applicable procedures to support assurance events
  • Deliver regional requirements to meet objectives of the global compliance strategy
  • General administration to support TA Solutions as required
Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Essential
  • Compliance experience from either an HR or Compliance department, preferably with experience of recruitment controls
  • Excellent eye for first line of defence (FLOD) regulatory and compliance controls
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build and manage relationships, and drive timely outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to master complete understanding of processes both internal and external to the department
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications
Preferable
  • Experience with intranet based Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems
