You also have,We are looking for a Go developer who will work on writing clean, reusable, modular, and maintainable code that is easy to understand and easy to change including maintenance of existing products.Responsibilities: Below are some of the responsibilities a Go programmer and developer is expected to take on in their position:Planning, designing, debugging, and coding software solutions for Go application developmentDevelop Go-based software using industry best practicesBuild and Test the software to ensure it meets requirements and performs wellDevelop and maintain a high degree of system knowledge for monitoring KubernetesEnsure achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like test and code coverage, bugs count etc and other objectives as identified.Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities as identified in the products in timely mannerWork with cross-functional teams to understand different requirements and provide software solution for debugging the problem at handWork with product managers and designers to ensure the software is designed well and meets user needsWork with release management team to manage, maintain and release product on monthly cadence Identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing Java codeRequired Qualifications:5+ years of relevant experience of developing enterprise products in Go and within an agile environmentStrong in object-oriented design principles and functional programming with excellent understanding of software development life cycle modelsIn-depth and hands-on knowledge of the Go development, collections, data structures and algorithms are mustKnowledge and experience on working with Kubernetes environmentsKnowledge and experience of using, building and deploying software in AWS, K8s, docker containers is mustKnowledge and hand-on experience of scripts (bash, sh, PowerShell etc.) programming.Knowledge and experience of using build, CI/CD and SVN tools like Maven, Gradle and Teamcity (preferable), bitbucket, GIT etc.Product development experience with Security focus mindset.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsExcellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work effectivelyWhy Cisco #WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference powering an inclusive future for all.
