The Application Consultant will work in highly complex environments, requiring complex multi-product solutions, customization and integration with other third-party products. The AC will also need to be highly adaptive to different customer environments and be able to independently handle discussions with senior management. Responsibilities include: - Design the solution best fit for the customer requirements leveraging Industry Best Practices, while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities which would involve Kronos WFC Configurations, interface development and reports development. Consult customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures. Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organization. Preparing functional and technical solution design documents and Configuring and delivering the solution to the customer. Work with the project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely delivery The AC will communicate with customers in a timely, professional manner and will escalate issues to the Project Manager as necessary. Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution and hand holding (application orientation) during handover of the system. AC will portray a positive, proactive and professional work ethic to the customer and the people he or she interacts with on a daily basis. Creating and maintaining Customer Satisfaction and referenceability of customers is a primary goal for the position. Travel to customer locations would be needed as per project requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or equivalent in a Computer Sciences or related field. Kronos implementation experience in configuration of workforce timekeeper/Workforce Scheduler / Forecasting / Integration manager modules is highly desirable. 8-10 years experience implementing enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments (Kronos/Oracle/PeopleSoft/SAP Human Resources/Payroll/Time and Labor) 5-6 Years of experience on Kronos Workforce Central suite is a must Experience with requirement gathering, solution design and implementation Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing and UAT preferred Experience in delivering quality, on-time technology and business solutions to a diverse customer base preferably in India. Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction. Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
