  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Strong knowledge in content management and technical writing 2 Should be able to interact with different functional team/team members and gather material for content development 3 Should be able to understand work flows and interpret input from different functional teams and collate the same 4 User stories writing 5 Should have knowledge and be able to do Impact analysis Gap Analysis
      • Technical Experience : 1 Good English writing / grammar skills 2 Hands on experience in technical writing of user stories and business requirement 3 Experience in creating simple/complex workflow diagram 4 3 to 5 years experience in Content management and technical writing 5 Strong presentation and documentation skill, Expertise on Microsoft documentation tools 6 Should have worked on Business Process Modeling tools like ARIS etc 7 Knowledge in change management would be added advantage
    • Professional Attributes : 1 Candidate should have experience on technical writing of business requirement, Training material or user stories 2 SAP knowledge would be an added advantage 3 FMCG/ consumer industry knowledge would be an advantage 4 Work location Bangalore or Chennai 5 Should be available in 30 days
