Roles and Responsibilities Role: Application Engineer Job Location: BengaluruExperience Range: 3-5 yearsEducation Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate who has hands on experience in proving out the components of CNC Turning Machines. This position requires to work in collaboration with Assembly team in planning the tools required and completion of planned activity on time. This position also requires engineer to work with a systematic approach to identify root-cause of the problem and perform problem solving from the first principles.Responsibilities: Responsible for Proving out the components as per the drawings. Ensuring availability of right trial components with respect to input drawing for any Trials. Initially assisting and later receiving the work holdings from Tool room and assembling them as per drawing. Responsible for selection of right tools and mounting it on the machines. Assisting in Inspection of components, Co-ordaining with Metro logy/Inspection personnel, tabulation and calculation of machine capabilities. Participating in MOM with customers along with other team members. Assisting in documentation of trial reports. Assisting in dispatch of the machine by checking relevant items for the machine, as per MOM. Any other relevant activities assigned to him. Requirements:
