Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • One should have excellent communication skills.
  • Should have previous experience dealing with application support cases or requests via e-mail, telephone and conference calls.
  • Must have worked with cloud applications like Zapier and know how APIs work.
  • Willing to work in the US shift timings (7:00PM to 4:00AM IST)
  • 1-2 years prior experience in technical support for a software product.
  • Detail oriented. Ability to empathize with customers.
  • Ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly.
  • Must have prior web application support experience.
  • Must have a good attitude.
