    1. Client Relationship Management:Develop a strong rapport with our ambitious clientele aiming for top-tier business schools.
    2. Admission Process Management: Manage and improve application processes while tracking each students progress in our application services.
    3. Application Review & Editing:Review, edit, and proofread application materials, including resumes, recommendation letters, and B-School essays.
    4. Client-Service Link:Act as a critical link between clients and our services, ensuring a seamless and efficient admission process.
    5. Tech-Driven Efficiency:Utilize AI and other advanced technologies to optimize admission processes, improve client communication, and enhance the overall client-service experience.

    • Number of successful MBA applications
    • Net Promoter Score & Customer Satisfaction
    • Efficiency in the application process
