The Concur Administrator accurately facilitates the timely processing of vendor payments and travel and entertainment expense reimbursements for the company using Concur and PaperVision applications. This position will be a system administration for the Concur Travel and Expense system and ensure that the data, rules and workflow properly reflect the policies and company structure. Actively participate in data integration (ETL) activities to support data communication between Concur and Oracle Financials. Take ownership of the development, unit- testing, and production migration. Work closely with AMS and Internal teams globally. Must be team player. This individual will adhere to the organization s formal best practices, change management and system development lifecycle. This individual must be self- driven, team player, and a quick learner, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Processes all travel and expense transactions in Concur and assist in the development of reporting Work with IT to identify/ resolve issues and create enhancements Manage daily system activity in both Concur and Papervision. Administrator for Concur Travel and Expense and PaperVision invoice software Work with Business, understand technical requirements, and assist with development Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent. 3 plus job experience supporting IT functions in Concur, Papervision, and Oracle EBS environments Basic understanding of Papervision invoicing software, including, PaperVision Enterprise, Papervision Match and Merge, and Papervision Admin user interfaces Able to write ad- hoc queries and pull data from Oracle environment Modify existing or create new data import and export solutions in Concur Support data integration solutions between Concur and PaperVision Hand- on experience in using Oracle EBS environment and familiarity with Oracle Projects, AP, and HR modules Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with at least 2 of following Oracle Application modules: HR, Oracle Projects Foundation, Oracle Core financials (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA). Familiarity with Oracle EBS development technologies (including Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, OA Framework, PL/ SQL, SQL, Workflow, Unix shell scripting, BI Publisher). Understand and implement/ modify the Oracle Application Configuration as required (includes system setups, flex- fields, workflow builder, custom library, profile options, etc.).
