Job Description

    *
    • Has a global vision for Offer Robustness and Design Robustness, customer focus.
    • Plans and implements activities according to MVO CS&Q priorities and business needs.
    • Take leadership for Key process/tools/methods deployment in MVO
    • Result-oriented, make sure close-the-loop activities for own subjects deployment, and meet the consistency and quality requirement.
    • Lead critical quality topics when required.
    • Actively engage in all team competence development channels, including webinars, trainings, assessments, coaching
    • Actively participate in Community events planning and own the actions.
    • Partner with Chapter/League stakeholders to develop Quality & CX expertise
    • Active learner, get certified in own domain
    • In line with MVO CS&Q priorities and focus, take end-to-end ownership of the topics for his/her own domain, plan/do/check/act on the global deployment and validate results vs. target.
    • Maintain mandatory qualification level and network in SE to keep good confidence and competence support in MVO as recognized by Corporate/rest of organization.Coach and support the Squad team for tools/methods deployment and reinforce the quality mindset.Drive visible changes in team mindset and capability.Systemic data analysis for MVO CS&Q tools/methods adoption and quality. Make improvement proposal and driving continuous improvement campaigns.Participate actively in competence development topics, as highlighted by Chapter leaders.Diffuse Quality Culture within the organization by providing training and support on methods and toolsTeam work with league team and squads, to assess and work on selected quality activities per business needs.Guide Squad team in line with Schneider Electric Policies, rules and standards.
