Job Description

    Experience on creating Go-to-market strategy and managing multiple stakeholders Market analysis and competitor study and come up with recommendations to Engineering Support Pre-sales, Sales cycle and showcase the tools to prospective customers and partner with delivery leaders in bundling our IP s part of overall solutioning. Communicate with senior teams across multiple channels and transform data-led knowledge into specific strategic plans. Constantly communicate with various stakeholders like Delivery Units, Design Team Front-end the team for any end user support issues and if any L3/4 issues, coordinate with engineering team accordingly. Very good and Strong Written and Verbal communication skills are critical skills, as you will represent ICETS to our customers and internal Sr. leadership and all stakeholders. BE/BTech + MBA qualification Agile work exp., Knowledge on TFS, Program management, driving initiatives internally within the organization or with customer will be a plus. Good to have experience in Tools like Jira, TFS, ServiceNow etc. Techno Consulting experience. Program Management Experience in working across silos and guiding teams towards conceptualizing, designing, and developing new offerings Experience on Client facing role, Pre-sales activities like content creation and develop a solution and experience on conducting client events or internal programs are a plus.
