Job Description

    A leading FMCG company wishes to hire a specialist for Compensation and benefits to head the centre of excellence for the same.The incumbent would be responsible for:- Compensation & Benefits, - Employee Benefits and Policies - Plan and develop compensation and benefit programs by evaluating cost and effectiveness of programs- Market Reconnaissance . - Engage in Market Pricing activities to set the company salary structure movements, salary increase budgets and regulatory compliance- Develop compensation/benefit surveys to analyze companys competitive position.- Ensure company compliance with government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.- Administer and communicate the companys benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements- Provide guidance, advice, analysis and training of Human Resources departments in connection with compensation and benefits policies- Shall be working closely with the CXO to build a robust system around rewards and benefits .- The incumbent will be assisted by a team of 4 handling specific aspects for the centre of excellence for Comp & benefits.- The applicant must be a top B School graduate with 6-8 years of post qualification experience.- Must have proven experience in leading compensation and rewards . - Stints in HR Operations would be preferred . - Must have exposure in a consumer facing industry having robust manufacturing and sales operations.
