Department Description Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) is a change delivery organization within the CIB s Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) that provides integrated change, testing and implementation support to CIB stakeholders. CPCS capabilities include end-to-end test management and automation, business analysis, data analytics and program management, which are tailored to enable strategic initiatives in the Wholesale Payments, Markets and Securities Services businesses, as well as cross-business functions such as Network Management and Client Onboarding (Client Tax & WKO).The candidate will be part of CPCS Securities Services team, which provides change delivery services to the Securities Services LOB Role Description CPCS is looking for an experienced Vice President to join the organization and play an integral role in the build out of the test automation services required for accelerating change program delivery. This role will manage a testing team and work in partnership with project managers, product, operations, technology, and testing teams to define, design, build and manage testing / test automation. The successful candidate will join a team focused on change delivery across products and help deliver test automation required for accelerating change program delivery. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals with advanced securities services, technology, automation, problem solving, management and communication skills. Responsibilities: Simultaneously work on test management and test automation of multiple Securities Services initiatives. Build efficiencies and controls in the testing and automation process. Develop effective relationship with key Digital and Business strategy leads; whilst being able to effectively challenge them to move DPS initiatives forward. Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from LOB interaction to help drive DPS initiatives Partner closely with Operations, Technology and Product groups. Functional and Technical Expertise:
• Strong financial industry product and commercial appreciation
• Understanding of technology, ability to hold detailed conversations with technology team members about legacy, existing and new technologies and associated technology flows
• Able to gain and provide meaningful insight to project working group members on the specific focus areas
• Experienced with design and implementation an effective, best of breed solution to automate, capture, collate, store, and maintain real time test data for purpose of validation, measuring progress and performance in change delivery.
• Understanding of data structures, market data knowledge and understanding of various vendors e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC.
• Experience with data visualization and user tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Xceptor, UIPath etc.
• Strong Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with API, SQL, Metadata and Big data
• Ability to work with minimum supervision on key enquires
• Working proficiency of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Automation Expertise:
• Expertise with architecting, developing, and maintaining an innovative test automation environment including automation test framework design and development
• Experience with hands on automation testing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Automated Testing Tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Groovy, SmartSpec, Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
• Knowledge of agile development (preferably SAFe), test driven development advanced concepts of scrum
• Web UI Automation experience, complete understanding of UI automation and components
• Strong technical expertise in CSS Selectors and Xpath
• Experience in developing UI using HTML5, AngularJS and/or ReactJS
• Expert in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience in integrating with applications deployed to AWS Cloud
• Able to write VB & Java scripting and Python / JAVA code
• Exposure to test environment management, release management practices, lean test strategies
• Understanding of technical architecture is essential
• Experience with keyword driven and data driven automation framework
• Ability to write, run and maintain Automation scripts with Automation Expertise. Familiar with running automation in Continuous Integration & Development environment

Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in business or technology required, master s degree a plus
• 10+ years of financial industry experience in Security Services, Global Markets, Middle Office and/or Wholesale Payments
• 10+ years of development experience including automation and test management
• 5+ years of project management / agile experience required
