To succeed in this role, you will be an expert in programmatic, have deep industry expertise in AdTech (Supply, Identity, AdServers, etc.) and enjoy solving complex, large scale projects. Product Sales Specialists deploy a combination of both scaled and direct customer support. They execute known working sales plays and innovate through advertiser specific solutions in partnership with Product teams and Sales account teams. Product Sales Specialists play an enablement role and are brought in as needed to close business with high value customers - often focusing on delivering short-term progress (e.g., 6 months) against specific accounts with pre-identified adoption challenges.Key job responsibilitiesCandidates must make data-driven decisions, set and achieve aggressive goals, and have the ability to dive deep and think big. The candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs. In this role, this individual is responsible to:* Use a combination of both scaled and direct engagement to drive product solution adoption by executing known working sales plays.* Articulate the voice of the customer and Sales back to the global Ads Product organization, to define product development priorities that set global direction for Ad Sales go-to-market.* Collaborate regularly with other Amazon account teams, including Sales and Account Management, to deliver solutions for advertisers to help them grow their business.* Customize and deploy GTM strategies and sales plays, both for existing capabilities and new ones (e.g. betas, launches).A day in the lifeWork with sales account teams of assigned brands to understand key challenges formulate, basis your understanding, how to enable and solve for these problems structurallyActively participate in client conversations and provide action oriented inputs to both internal teams and clientstake the feedback outside in to Product teams and collaborate with them to trouble shoot / drive overall roadmapAbout the teamDSP GTM team is responsible for driving overall strategy and adoption for Amazon DSP in the India programmatic ecosystemTeam is responsible to help advertisers use the platforms and drive revenue at scale. A new function within the Amazon Ads organization, is expected to bring in next level of growth for programmatic business, Experience managing internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management, and Product groupsDemonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenue, with a focus on delivering long term customer driven outcomesManage customer objection handling and suggest alternative solutions as necessary to maximize the partnership opportunityDemonstrated strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of dataExceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams Experience of working in the Digital marketing/Video domain - Programmatic would be a plus with a focus that includes go-to-market strategyAbility to think strategically, built long term vision and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environmentShould be able to contribute both as an individual contributor and as leader of peopleBachelors degree or equivalentStrong analytical skills and structured problem-solving skills.
