Visit us at www.accenture.com India Market Unit: Client Account Lead (Industry: Products | Client Groups) Work Location: Bengaluru | Years of experience: 8+ years | Entity: India Business | Level: Manager Key Responsibilities: Drive client value creation Understand the client s business, priorities and leadership agenda Co-create with the client, articulate transformation and drive innovation agenda for the client in Finance Clearly understand client s requirements and design apt solutions by considering the inbuilt as well as configurable capabilities of Digital Finance Solutions Lead Finance business process and requirement discussions with the client Work with the client in the design, development and testing of the Finance solution implementation projects Work with project team to understand and define project requirements, project plan and solution design Provide estimates to project managers of complex work and resource requirements Provide final solution deliverables to the customer as per design Participate in customer liaison activities to ensure success of the project Build long-standing, trust-based relationships Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client stakeholders through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industry Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client Grow the business/account Drive sales, revenue and profitability, and be responsible for account financials/key commercial processes for the account Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to grow business Take Delivery ownership and drive excellence Key Competencies and Skills: Preferred rich experience in the Consumer Goods & Services industry or Pharma or Automotive with understanding of industry/digital/technology trends Working experience in developing the future digital strategy roadmap for Finance Familiarity with Digital Finance solutions like SAP FI-CO, BPC, Hyperion, CFIN, Anaplan Deep understanding of Finance concepts and business challenges focused on: o Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting & Analysis o Tax Provision, o Financial and Management Reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and persuasion skills Experience of working in a consulting firm will be preferred Excellent customer facing capabilities, with experiencing in client relationships & an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements. Years of experience At least 8 years of hands-on experience of working as a solution consultant/developer on Digital Finance Solutions Process knowledge of Finance Should have led and managed Client facing interactions,
