Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 38 900 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:Manufacturing Stream ensures consistent IS&T landscape for Industrialization and Manufacturing Execution domain.As part of this team, MES-QES (Manufacturing Execution System - Quality Execution System) Solution Specialists role is to ensure that the solutions for these business activities follow the defined core model.You will need to interact with internal and external stakeholders. In order to respond to our increased number of sites, which is a result of our accelerated deployment roadmap, we are looking for an Apriso specialist to integrate our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:As MES-QES specialist, you are in charge of:Ensuring that MES-QES Core Model (Solution + processes & rules) is well documented, evolves consistently and is not jeopardized by localizationSupporting MES-QES Roll-out, ensuring that Core Model is appliedEnsuring IS landscape consistency in Manufacturing domainDelivering MES-QES Core Model evolution in accordance with M tier strategyInteracting with Operations teams by monitoring their activities & providing functional expertise when neededMore in details.As an MES specialist, you are in charge of your functional scope to :

  • Assess new functional needs and define an adequate technical solution under Apriso, avoiding specific development
  • Develop the designed solution by yourself or control its realization by a 3rd party
  • Explain to our business counterparts, how new developed features work
  • Assist our business team in testing end to end flows
You will also be asked to:
  • Support our MES delivery team so to check that they do not deviate from our defined Core model
  • Monitor the inflows of incidents going thru our support team
Finally, in coordination with our solution experts, you will be requested to make proposals contributing to the continuous improvement (technical & functional) of our platform like for instance regarding: system performances improvements, reporting solutions optimization, identity access management. In order to be able to execute all the responsibilities above, you will be working with our external partners. In addition, you will be constantly liaising between partners and local business in order to drive the different projects successfully. When it comes to our applicative landscape, you will be working not only with partners and business but also with other IS&T teams in other pillars. Your functional and technical expertise will be needed in order to deliver the different projects with high quality and on time.Your Functional scope contains following business processes: Manufacturing Execution and Quality ExecutionFUNCTIONAL SCOPE : Your Functional scope includes following business processes:
  • Display and prioritize operations thru the PMC module (Production Monitoring Cockpit)
  • Time tracking, activities reconciliation and feedback to SAP
  • Issues and actions plan management
  • Quality follow-up thru operators self-inspections and quality checks against specifications
  • Genealogy recording thru serial numbers tracking
  • Production KPIs handling via Dashboard builder module
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:You are an action-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-starter and result-oriented person. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must because you will need to work autonomously in a worldwide & multicultural environment. You should be agile to handle multiple tasks efficiently, keeping the big picture, and effectively delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCEProject methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Prototyping Delmia MOM BPM - level 1 or above appreciated Proven hands-on experience thru Apriso rollouts is a must:
  • Apriso Process builder
  • Screen developments
Apriso platform:
  • Apriso version 2017 or more recent is needed
  • Data base : SQL Server & Queries expertise
  • Process Builder, GPM, Business Integrator
  • Development languages: JavaScript, C#, XML, HTML
Integration with SAP PP: a real plus, with a clear knowledge on data flowing between SAP and Apriso. Knowhow on IDOCs monitoring also appreciated. Language skills: English is a must, both spoken and written.
