Post graduate degree in business communication / visual communication / management or a science backgroundThe Account Manager (AM) will be in charge of managing and nurturing one or more client accounts located in India or in the US. The role involves interaction with the client and understanding their requirements , and interacting with the Prayag team to ensure delivery of high quality outcomes. Successful AMs at Prayag blend a variety of skills such as business understanding , ideation , project management , team handling and hands - on delivery capabilities in a matrix work environment. The key expectations from this role are: Lead interface with clients and delivery teams Build a good rapport with the client , understanding their requirements and developing a sound relationship especially with operational contacts Assist with execution of client engagements Handle delivery management by collaborating with team and work towards continuous improvement of the account through regular reviews Be accountable for quality assurance across all deliverables Desired Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills Likes to interact with people Aptitude for communication or research Digital marketing knowledge Social media experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Understanding of and flair for marketing Familiarity with Information Technology trends Experience of working in teams as team lead / program manager Exposure to international work culture Must be systematic , deadline - oriented , and a self - starter ,
