Manage end-to-end denial management process, leveraging your expertise to drive efficient resolutions and prevent future denials. Excel in medical billing tasks, including accurate coding, claim submission, and payment posting, while staying compliant with payer guidelines. Collaborate cross-functionally with billing, coding, clinical staff, and finance teams to optimize revenue cycle processes and maximize revenue capture. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in AR calling and denial management within the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, including coding and claim submission. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
