    • Contact insurance companies in the US to follow up on outstanding claims
    • Analyze and resolve billing issues and insurance denials
    • Document all call-related information accurately and promptly
    • Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and productivity standards
    • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
    Requirements
    • 6 months to 4 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing / RCM
    • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
    • Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)
    • Basic understanding of healthcare terminology is a plus
    • Fast learner with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
