If you have prior experience in US Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), this is a great opportunity to advance your career in the global healthcare domain.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on pending or denied medical claims
    • Investigate and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and other billing discrepancies
    • Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and take appropriate action
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications and claim updates
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
    Candidate Requirements:
    • Experience: 5 to 8 years in AR Calling / US Medical Billing / RCM
    • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
    • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
