*SkillsCore Java/J2EE, OOPs concept, Integration with RESTful Web Service Has extensive experience with complex requirements (for the purposes of implementing the requirements) Should have worked on atleast 2 projects where candidate is personally involved from beginning to design a system. Knows best practices of architectures in the area of responsibility Can design solutions independently Has good hands-on experience with Spring framework and SpringBoot Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript Is aware of the best practices which exist in the industry Experience in Microservices is an added advantage. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage Hands-on experience building Enterprise applications Hands-on experience with databases and SQL Hands-on experience with build and build tools Ex: Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Artifactory etc. Has setup build pipelines for web applicationsSystem Integration Should have very good knowledge on how system integration works using atleast one technology. Should have worked on atleast 2 projects personally involved in Integrating 4 or more systems. Versioning System Has working experience with git Has a profound knowledge and can operate independently in familiar areas of responsibility No support required for solutions and can handle them independently Design Patterns, UML, Data Structure Is able to evaluate architectures and designs in the area of responsibility Understands the business cases and is able to translate them into workable solution(s) Is able to take independent decisions in the area of responsibility Can mentor the team in the area of responsibility Communication and Moderation Helps others in organizing smaller groups.
