Job Description

    Complete exposure to Product development, Pricing, and Launch. Managing Sales and Sales Support, Project Sales. Heading and responsible for Overall Sales, Collections, Gross Margins, and P & L for the different Branches. Handling a team of professionals and Coordinating with different departments of the company. To direct the sales Team and establish distribution and Merchandising activities in line with the Business Plan. To the captain, lead, coach, and mentor team for thinking and achieving big results with optimum resources Do sales analysis and accurately forecast Sales and Stock requirements and coordinate with Logistics for the same. Increase the share of revenue in all identified markets through Channel, Direct Projects, and productivity enhancement of distribution. Expertise in market trade planning and execution on minimum costing. Implement strategic goals for marketing campaigns; serve as project manager. Strategize with senior management to market new products Scheme building to attract the customer for better sales building Building new clients while maintaining & engaging the existing associates with relationship building techniques and recognition Ensuring smooth end to end supply chain process Rewards and recognition, training & coaching for the team for motivation & engagement Exploring the opportunities and managing the brand stalls during Expos & exhibitions Involved in the audit process of material to ensure high standards product delivered in the market Integral part in all the verticals like project Sales, Branding, MIS. As the setup is new. Develop new distributors and dealers. Increased business objectives and benchmarks through training, field contacts, BTL activities, and marketing.
