Job Description

Duties and Responsibility Key Result Areas:Looking for candidates having government lighting sales and dealing with specifiers experience.

  1. Excellent in dealing with specifiers.
  2. Should have experience in the specification and dealing with the government sectorManagement of Sales in the territory through Key Account Management or Big ticket businesses.
  3. To carry out desired sales activities to meet agreed on sales targets, ensure a market share of the organization in chosen segments and ensure a high degree of Customer satisfaction.
  4. Arrive at a Budget for the financial year with support and enablers required.
  5. Inquiry generation through Govt customers, Specifiers, PSUs, Private customers including Developers, Builders & Industries which are classified as Key accounts.
  6. Identification of Big Ticket Projects, pre-sales, follow up, negotiations, closing deals & flawless execution.
  7. Achieve Sales Target for key accounts in work in close coordination with the Application and Specification teams to enable sales with key customers.
  8. Ensuring Post sales service including addressing customer complaint to satisfaction.
  9. Ensure recovery of companies Outstanding Payments, CForms, samples etc.
  10. Gather Market Intelligence, monitor and inform the Marketing teams of all competitors technical and commercial activities.
  11. Collaborate with Marketing to carry out promotional activities with distributors & customers.
  12. Keep constant track of all KPIs (key performance indicators). Update sales formats including opportunity funnel, sales forecast & customer progression.
  13. Participate at monthly Regional meeting.
