Job Description

  • Cross Sell of all Financial Products to VF Customers & Open Market in the respective Catchment
Key Accountabilities:
  • To lead the team of Team Leaders & Sales Executives and ensure the Execution of Sales activities and delivery of Business targets agreed
  • Work Closely with the VF team to Penetrate into their Customer base for MI renewal and Cross sell of Fee based income Products
  • To ensure the team is making minimum no of Business Calls per day and track them on a daily basis and ensure the achievement of Sales targets
  • To provide proper handholding for the field executives and strengthen the team with minimum attrition
  • To drive incentive schemes effectively to enhance performance and retention
  • Devise and implement training programs for the sales team to improve knowledge levels
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Managing Training and Handhold the Team to generate maximum Productivity to Meet the assigned Targets
  • Product wise Focus and drive and delivery of the Targets and productivity
  • Co ordinate with Management Team for all supports for the field and Customers
  • Maximise the productivity by driving the team using all the tools available to enhance the Business
  • Develop and manage training programs to enhance effective customer interface and cross sell
