Achieving Sales and Distributions objective. Ensure development of each HQ by analysing reasons for variance and formulating and executing relevant strategies. Ensuring and planning cost effective expenditure of regional promotional budgets.Ensuring achievement of employee productivity objective. Executing own and field staffs tour programs and joint field work. Prepare, in consultation with BU Head, the sales team incentive plan. Lead by example Ensuring that all sales related activities are performed as per agreed timelines in right quality and within allocated expense budget. Develop, evolve and execute an effective review and reporting system with respect to KRAs for the sales organization in alignment with business objectives of the organization. Fixing weekly sales and activity targets and review them regularly to track shortfalls and accordingly take corrective action. Business development initiatives (including new products, new territories, new customer segments, new channels) in coordination as needed with BU Head. Ensuring optimal primary and secondary ratios. Minimization of sales return, breakage and expiry from customers and taking timely remedial action.
