Job Description

candidate with a minimum exp of 2 to 5 years of credit card sales and Team handling experience (open market will be added advantage)
Recruitment and managing team of sales officer and Acquisition Managers for selling of cards.
Responsible for Managing the overall productivity of open market team.
Driving Credit Cards sales through the Team in Open market.
Coordinate with various internal stake holders for issuance to credit cards.
Taking complete ownership starting from sourcing, login, follow up with ops and credit team.
Responsible for Corporate tie-ups and other business development activities.
Strictly Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set by the company.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Age should be less then 35
