Job Description

    We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced incumbent to join our team.     • Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
    • Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients, offering tailored solutions and services that align with their objectives.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our Affordable products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact for their housing needs.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of Affordable housing products.
    • Lead negotiations, address objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
