1. The Ideal candidate should have good Experience on Oracle Argus Safety2. Should have more than 3 years of working knowledge in Oracle Argus or other safety systems like ARISg, Aers etc. and understand the ins and outs of application architecture3. Working experience on modules like Argus configuration (System and Business), Argus Interchange/ESM, custom E2b profiles, configuring Argus Aggregate and Periodic reports.Good understanding of regulatory Standards like 21 CFR Part 11, ICH, GxP4. Willingness to work in Flexible timings (Shifts 24x5)5. Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills6. Experience in SQL, PLSQL and Good knowledge of SDLC / ITIL processes7. Plans, performs, and manages medium complexity productionsupporttasks and activities that require generic knowledge about application and infrastructuresupport.8. Activities include monitoring production systems, initial triaging and troubleshooting, incident, change, problem management, SLAs and ITSM tools9. Works on planning and execution of problem, incidents, production processes, change controls and service requestsEscalates unresolved issues to respective L3 supportteam
