Job Description

  • Be the Process Owner/ Team Leader of the price achievement Vital Few for the Area
  • Create, in collaboration with IT & Manufacturing/Supply Chain functions, the appropriate data analytics reports to track and monitor pricing.
  • Own the price estimation process of the countries and division within the region.
  • Work closely with Area Division and Country Leaders and relevant teams to ensure alignment of global/area directions and regiona/country execution.
  • Work closely with Customer Operations and Marketing Operations teams to align with the global pricing playbook.
  • Work closely with Area Business Group Leader to provide insights and escalate concerns at the right/timely manner.
  • Work with the Lean Six Sigma team to leverage the existing price and mix management process in country/region.
  • Set up a regular rhythm to review at area level for the BG Leader with all key stakeholders supported by the required set of tools and reports
  • Works closely with Business Group Leader to support many other key initiatives in Asia.
Selection Criteria:
  • In-depth understanding of the price achievement levers
  • Good knowledge of price structures.
  • Good business acumen with good industry exposure.
  • Analytical and strategic approach to problems.
  • Fast learning with analytical approaches to issues.
