Job DescriptionGenerate & translates user (data) based insights into business relevant recommendations to support data-driven decision making at Power ToolsManages and improves the Business Units user research practices & Cross-BU alignment and collaboration within Center of Competence User Research.Project lead (& expert) for qualitative and quantitative user and shopper research planning & analysis. Design, execute & analyze project briefs for various studies related to Power Tools market in India.Conduct user research activities covering all 6Ps: Product & Portfolio, Packaging, People (Target Group), Pricing, Promotion (Communication), Place (Distribution)Work on value proposition and product concept design & validation.Plan and control annual market research budget.Analyses Country specific user journeys based on global framework regarding business requirements / aggregates user journey analysis of regional to global scope.Defines and analyses relevant user touchpoints for India in close collaboration with global & Asia Pacific user research team in order to understand best channels, type of communication etc to invest in the country.Undertake field visits / user Face to Face interaction in power tool market.Enable Business teams and Digital Data analyst in terms of user immersions, and user data collection set-up.Preparation of communication material and creatives for both online and offline channel,
