Help Desk Counters should know all the process like OP,IP,AHC, Investigation. Help Desk Counters should know the doctors dairy and its availability, IP Patients Details like Bed Matrix. Help Desk Counters should identify whether the patient is coming for the first time or not and whether they are already registered with the hospital. If patient is coming for the first time , they should handover the form to fill the patient information for registration and guide the patient to the registration counter. If patient is already registered, they should check the UHID from the computer and write it down in a piece of paper and guide the patient to the OPD Counter or Cardiology Reception(If the patient wants to see a cardiologist). If patient is coming only for investigation, they should guide the patient to the Main Cash Counter. If patient is coming for Health Check Package, they should guide the patient to the AHC Reception. If patient is coming for Inpatient Admission, they should guide the patient to the Admission counter. ,
